Cancellation Policy

LUXE & BARE POLICIES ✨ Booking Deposit Required A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits will be applied toward your service total at checkout. ✨ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit on file. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. ✨ No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay a new deposit before booking again. ✨ Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is provided. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service modified or rescheduled based on availability. If your appointment cannot be accommodated, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
